Teresa Metheny was absolutely fantastic to work with. She answered any questions promptly and was thorough. She helped follow the whole process to make sure we closed on time. I've never had such a good experience working with a lender and I highly recommend her! Plus she is super friendly which made it a much nicer experience.
I have used Tom on a few different refinance issues with my primary home. He and is his team are extremely responsive and helpful. I was under a tight time table and Tom helped me get a HELOC within a few weeks. He answered the phone personally at 10 PM on a Saturday to help me fix an issue. Very knowledgeable. I would suggest you give his team a try if you need any mortgage help. Tom know what he is doing.

Jennifer was the absolute best!! Being a first time homebuyer, I was concerned of the interest rate especially in the world we are in today.
