I was originally working another lender and was set to close on 04/03. At the last minute on 03/23 that lender decided they were not going to honor their pre-approval they gave me to use for offers. My realtor recommended Blaise and let me tell you he literally moved mountains and hills and valleys to secure me a new loan (with a lower interest rate I might add).
