I have done initial mortgage with Tom and multiple re-fis over time. I always found him honest and trustworthy. My initial mortgage needed quick turnaround and he was able to manage that. Simply put, Robert Myers is a rockstar. I was in the midst of a real estate transaction with another lender, and the deal fell apart one week before closing, largely due to the lender being unable to secure my loan based on original terms. This left me in a difficult situation.
