Patrick is very knowledgeable which enables him to proactively guide his customers through the financing process. He responded to my inquires immediately and was quick to follow up on requirements. Patrick was in front of the communication, informing me of activities and status before they occurred. I appreciated his focus on the tasks, easing my participation in the process.

As first time buyers, we were warned ahead of time of how difficult a mortgage process can be- so many documents requested, lengthy process, etc. However, their platform was SO easy to upload all of our documents to and they were clear about every next step.
