Finding and securing a mortgage for your first home can be frustrating and overwhelming. Not only did Al oversee every single phase of the process, he explained everything and helped us choose the best product that fit our needs. Any email I sent him (I sent a lot of emails, he responded quickly and with an accurate answer. I can gladly say he will be my mortgage guy for as long as he is in the business. Thanks Al

Arthur has been fantastic for a 1st time buyer like me. He made this entire process a cake walk for my pre-approval, approval and the closing. I have now closed 2 properties with Arthur and his knowledge, responsiveness and consistent follow through have been par excellence. Kamna is very knowledgeable. she has a great ability to understand client's requirements and based on that offer best suitable solution. As a first time borrower I had may questions and She was able to answer them satisfactorily. I would always recommend her name to anybody looking for advice on home loans.

Very professional and helpful. Available all the time and always prompt with answers to any questions you have. Not afraid to admit when he doesn't know the answer, but will find out and get back to you with in a day or so. Worked hard to find the best deal available and went above and beyond what was expected.
