We had the smoothest buying/mortgage experience we could possibly imagine. Eric and his team were very personable, always available for questions and any hour/weekend, and were fun to work with. Eric and team were able to get us a pre-approval same day so we could get our offer in quickly and the mortgage cleared for settlement 20+ days faster than our previous mortgage. Would highly recommend Eric and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.
Nick was amazing. We needed to switch lenders ten days prior to close, and he made sure it happened. The first time I spoke with him, he explained how we could do it, and was so wonderful actually spending time and making sure I understood how the process was going to happen (which was SO much more than we got from our other lender). By the end of the day, he had an inspection scheduled. I seriously cannot recommend Nick enough, or give him enough stars!!! He and his team were absolutely incredible - and, we closed on time.
Jon guided me through the home buying process from beginning to end. Even when unique challenges presented themselves Jon reassured me he would work diligently to resolve them and he did exactly that. He was timely and transparent throughout the entire deal.
