Working with Tim was one of the best decisions I ever made. Being that I was in the market to purchase my first home, I had a lot of questions. Danny Delgado and his team are one awesome hard working team. I have worked with Danny and his team twice and both times they were the best. I can’t even put into words how helpful Alex was throughout the whole process. Between answering my random scenarios to providing his own breakdowns of different financial routes to go through the selling and buying of a new home. Wouldn’t ever use anyone else and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a lender to do the same. Also was able to get a lower interest rate than anything else I heard around this time.
Mr. Francois was excellent, professional and attentive. He took his time to explain things to both my husband and myself. He helped us through every step of the process. He kept on track with check lists and a site that we can monitor where we were in the process.
We went through a hectic new build. I started working with Michael 5 years ago and the last two specifically on this new build. Jobs changed, family size changed, economy changed. Through it all, we never felt stress from our lender and that was key as you can imagine. He’s thorough, he’s helpful, but more so, he’s personable.
