Working with Chanania as a first time home buyer was much smoother than I anticipated. He was quick to respond and alway laid out the terms in language that was easy to understand. A person should always have 3 people he trusts, a mechanic, plumber and a mortgage broker. To those reading this review you can stop here, you have found your broker.

Juan was always super helpful from start to finish. He was able to answer any question I had as a first time home buyer immediately, or was able to find the answer very quickly. Also as a first time home buyer, im sure there were lots of stupid questions that I had asked, and he was never condescending or made me feel like things should be common sense. I will definitely be recommending Juan and using him on our next home purchase in the future!

Because the market has been so crazy, Mike helped us with estimates for TWELVE bids over the past eleven months, then walked us through the process of closing on our forever home. He was always prompt and professional, even on weekends! He is knowledgeable and able to explain things to lay people in a way that made sense. We hope never to have to buy a home again, but if we did, we would work with Mike.

RJ and his team struck a great balance of efficiency while being thorough enough in the pre-approval and approval stages to save us time during closing. After getting our pre-approval letter, we went into the buying process with a lot of confidence, knowing that all the i's were dotted and t's crossed.
