Eric, Nick and the rest of the team were outstanding! In this day and age it’s Hard to trust any body. Since the first day I spoke to Dan and subsequently his team I had a lot of questions right along with plots and twists. They always answered all of them and step by step took us thru our options. When I called the phone was answered every one of them knew where our process was at. Nothing was hidden and that is gold. We were recommended to Ebbecke from the listing agent after our 1st broker couldn't close. He explained why he needed certain documents upfront and did a deep dive and closed us before our deadline.
