I came away really impressed with Tim and his team, especially when comparing them against mortgage providers I've used in the past. They were able to meet a tight deadline for our closing and lock in a better rate than others I talked to in the process. They have an online portal to make it far easier to submit paperwork. My lender Greg Jackson was very informative and knowledgeable. He made the entire refinancing process smooth and very easy.Would definitely recommend!
Ravi was extremely knowledgeable and was available at a moments notice to discuss details of the refinance. He also was proactive in bringing up an insurance change that I forgot to tell him about that had just happened. His services were great and the process was very painless!
