Brendan and his team were amazing. Punctual, responsive, organized but also agile and resourceful. Nothing ever goes as planned, with the increase requirements for documentation, new laws and stipulations; all went as well as could be expected. While I don't think there's ever a "snag free" closing, the extended team rallied, leveraged relationships, and coordinated well to make everything complete for an on time escrow close.....
