Highly recommend Marc and the team. Being a first time home buyer things can get very overwhelming real fast. But Marc was there every step of the way to walk us through the process and made everything a lot less scary. Marc was always available to answer any questions we might. We worked with Blaise when we purchased our home back in 2017, and again when we refinanced in the summer of 2021. He worked with us to explore different options (rates, terms, etc.) and was very helpful. He was upfront with rates and terms and what we closed on was exactly what we expected. I can't imagine buying a mortgage from anyone else.
