We built a home in South Carolina and the process of building a home while living in a different state was stressful. Josh answered questions even before we completed the preapproval application with his company. His entire team made the finance process the easiest part of the entire relocating process. Charlie was always very timely, professional, approachable, and patient in guiding us through the loan process. He was able to answer our questions in understandable detail and the few times he needed to get additional information, he almost always responded back to us that same day. From the beginning of the home loan process Kristina was so helpful. She made sure we understood everything and made us feel comfortable through the process. We were confident Kristina we had our best interest at heart. Years later she was right there to guide us again when it was time to refinance! Kristina even came to our home when we had infants at home and coming to the office would be difficult! I can’t imagine doing any of it without her!
