This is our third loan with Noy as our Loan Officer, we bought our first house in Tucson with Noy, refinanced it with her and bought our second house with her. She makes the process easy. Noy stays on top of things and kept us well informed throughout the process each time. There were never any surprises or delays, we closed on time every time. We intend for this second house to be our forever house but if we move again or refinance, it will be with Noy as our Loan Officer.

I have been dealing with Arthur for over 20 years now. I recently did a refi on my mortgage and I am going, to be honest. Arthur gave me a rate that was what I was expecting.
