Eric and his team are awesome, they really helped me and my girlfriend get into our new home. Eric and his people stayed with me when things got tough on my end. I had to take care of some stuff that made it look like buying a home was impossible for me, but Eric helped me clear hurdles. Eric and his team got me to the table, and helped me get my keys to my new home like he said he would since day 1! I highly recommend Eric and guaranteed rate.
