Chanania was a great help in enabling us to refinance. We had been trying to do so for over a year and were denied by other brokers. Each one took a few weeks or months to review our profile and then couldn't pull it off. Chanania was diligent and caring, fast and professional, courteous and prompt - and he pulled off our refinance. He even got the appraisal waived and we received money back!! We are forever grateful.
