Tracy was very quick in helping my sister and I getting our pre-approvals the day of when we first talked to her. She was extremely fast, diligent, and patient with us throughout the whole process of buying a house for the first time. I cannot recommend her enough. She's great at what she does and is available any time that you need her. Definitely will keep working with Tracy in the near and far future!
