Easy! Working with Chris and his staff could not have been smoother. They have an easy to use online tool for application communications, are diligent with routine status updates, they quickly answered all my questions and held my hand through the entirety of the process. Went from application to funds receipt super quickly, and secured a rate much lower than expected. I could not recommend Chris Johns' team any more.
