Chanel was accommodating since day one. I had a very particular situation, and I was unsure if I actually qualified for a mortgage. This is the second time we have used Chad for our home loan needs. As long as he's available, we will never use anyone else. We bought in a new build neighborhood and they offered to pay a portion of closing but we turned them down. We were using Chad and Certainty loans regardless. That being said, Chad was able to beat their offer for us. He was always available to answer my questions and did so in a timely manner. We have always been pleased and have recommended Chad numerous times and will continue to do so.
I worked with Sam and his team on my original mortgage as a first time home buyer and also on a refinance. Both experiences were great. The team is knowledgeable and the process was fast and painless.
