Kim at Guaranteed Rate was a breath of fresh air during my refi process after I had some frustrating interactions with the "big bank" that was servicing my original mortgage. As a first-time home buyer, I was completely new to the entire home-buying process. Ryan was always exceedingly patient in explaining the process every step of the way.
