Tom and his team bend over backwards to accommodate his clients needs. Makes it very easy during the entire process. I’ve been a loyal repeat customer of Tom’s for many years and have one of my kids work with him on her purchase. My Wife and I were first time home buyers. Roy and his team at Guaranteed Rate did a fantastic job! They provide us with a great competitive rate, answered all our questions in detail, were on time and ahead of schedule through closing. They walked us through the whole process and were always available for questions.
From the beginning to the end; Michael was excellent! I can’t complain at all. He was there for my husband and I no matter how silly the questions or concerns may have been. His team was precise, worked speedily and they all were reliable! It was an absolute blessing to have been able to found Mike to help us along this milestone in our family’s life!
Jeff was so amazing and never missed a beat when working with us for our mortgage even with the demands of a VA Loan. My husband did contact other lenders to see compare their interest rate as well as the closing cost and even other lenders said Guild Mortgage has better rates. I was also happy that I can buy points to lower the rate and I didn’t have to pay upfront for the cost of buying the point.
