Joseph was great to work with. We originally contacted a bank directly for a pre-approval and what they told us would take 3 weeks, Joseph got for us in hours. He would respond to our questions immediately, no matter the hour, and was always willing to hop on a call to walk us through the process.
We would highly recommend Tom for refinancing. He is professional, organized, always returns your calls, and is genuinely helpful if an issue comes up. We have refinanced with Tom three times and each time has gone very smoothly.

Ravi and his team were great during the whole process! Was a long process for me but they were very patient and guided me through the process until I was ready.
