Linda was very helpful and quick to give information and answer any questions. There was never a time in the process that I felt left out or did not know the status of my loan.
The entire lending process was absolutely great! You all were very knowledgeable and communication was always given in a timely manner. This process was a lot smoother and quicker than I could have ever imagined.
I used Sarah and Guaranteed Rate Affinity because we needed a very quick transaction. They were able to get us commitment letter extremely fast and Sarah explained all the details along the way and answered all my questions. I found them very easy to work with and transparent.
We have used John’s team twice with our morgage loans. The entire staff does an amazing job and got us into our first home. Then refinanced to an incredible lower rate. Couldn’t be happier with all the money we saved!!
