I found Tim great to work with. It was extremely easy to fill out the forms and submit my documentation electronically online. The appraisal was fast and went smoothly. But once the application was approved, I found the underwriting process to be far more problematic with significant delays, and Guaranteed Rate's chosen bank ended up being difficult to work with. Angela was wonderful and very professional. I originally worked with Angela when buying my house. I enjoyed working with her so much that I worked with her again to refinance my house. She is very timely with her work and her responses. She is also very organized with all her paper work. I also really enjoyed how she would explain everything to me when there was something that I didn't understand.
