Juan is able to navigate and help with any concerns! The best I’ve seen! I had multiple streams of income with a recent divorce and he knew how to navigate the loan without panic. I tried USAA and it appeared as it was their first time conducting a loan. This guy and his team is what you need.
My Husband and I were first time home buyers and had Robert as our lender. I could not recommend him enough. We knew very little to none about the processes and Robert would explain everything to us. Dan and his team were so incredible. My husband is a veteran, I'm very pregnant and we are first time home buyers. Needless to say we had a somewhat stressful go finding a place to buy in this market before the baby. With the help of Dan and his team we were able to close on time and it was a really nice touch for him to stop by the closing.
