Mark helped me on my recent townhouse purchase and his team at Guaranteed Rate did an excellent job! He guided me through the twists and turns of the mortgage approval process and purchase of my new home. The online tools they use are solid too in terms of getting the paperwork signed. Noy Kelly was the best mortgage agent ever! She was personable, caring, and patient. Noy was knowledgable and organized throughout the process and was always there to answer our questions. The mortgage part of our home purchase was by far the smoothest of all. In addition, and our closing costs were lower than expected. Noy is the best and we fully recommend her!

Danielle was such a great lender and being my first time buying a home she made the process run so smooth.
