We recently took advantage of the really low rates and refinanced the mortgage on our home. Now our monthly payment is lower and so is our interest rate. Maureen made the process super easy and helped us through the "remote" closing. I would definitely reccomend Maureen if you need a new mortgage or refinance.
Andrew and team were great on my first cash out refi on a texas rental property. Texas is a unique mortgage market and this wasn't a product that all lenders do, so it was great to work with such an investor friendly lender. Andrew was also a great communicator calling whenever any significant progress was made on the loan and also generous with his time sharing his local market knowledge.
