This is the third time that Tad helped us with our loan and as always everything went a very smooth sailing process. As what the header says, for sure this will not be the last one. Highly recommended to everyone regardless a first time buyer or not. He will explain everything thoroughly and what are the expectations. For the past 3 transactions, all rates were lower than expected and closure is always on time. Until next project my brother! 5 star for sure!

Corey has always reassured me that no questions are dumb questions. I also prefer talking on the phone rather than emails. He’s quick to call back and answer any and every question I’ve had.
