Luis was instrumental in helping us navigate the VA mortgage refinance process, and he persevered through countless obstacles that came up along the way. Bob surpassed my expectations in all areas of the mortgage loan process. As a first time home buyer, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be my loan officer.
