In a tough buyers market It took us over a year to find our perfect house. Marc and his team prepared many offers for us a moments notice even on holidays. Marc explained all of the jargon to us and made the process easy. He also gave different options and scenario plans. We did get quotes from some of the bigger companies but the deals and fees were not as good and we never had the same person to talk to. Marc was with us through the entire process and we wouldn't have got our dream home without him.

This is my second time using Marc and his team. The first for my purchase and about a year later for my refinance. I originally found out about Marc through my realtor, who highly recommended him. My realtor was right on the mark - both of my experiences with Marc were seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, as well as his team. Truly exceptional service both times - from beginning to end.

Ravi Patel is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No matter what question I had for him, he was able to answer it. He made himself available at most anytime and if I left a voicemail it was returned almost immediately. He made navigating the loan process feel effortless. Should I ever buy another home I ll be getting in touch with Ravi and his team. I 100% recommend Ravi Patel.

Larisa and her team was incredible. From response time to empathetic explanations about an otherwise very challenging thing to organize and process - they made it easy and I felt like I could trust Larisa with any question I had. We were reluctant to go into refinancing initially, but after reaching out to Al & his thorough explanation of everything that was expected & providing visual tool on all financial scenarios was above & beyond. And just as it was flawless when we purchased our house it was even more flawless this time during refinancing.
