Explained where we were in the process and what to expect as we finished. Did not try to sugar-coat the hoops, although it was the smoothest refinance we had ever done (and we have done a few.) It was so good that we have turned around and begun another refinance, this time for a rental property.

We closed on our home in a little over 3 weeks which was very impressive in this intense market. I would definitely be using again and referring friends and family!
