We cannot say enough. Michael and his team were extremely responsive, informative, organized, and helpful. The process was easy. Esmeralda got us an unbelievable rate, worked out the worst case scenario and delivered the best, was communicative throughout the entire process and there were days she stayed up till late working on our case to meet deadlines. Ambrose was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, personable and most important of all; he got the job done. We were second time home buyers and had a unpleasant experience our first time around with our mortgage broker & Company.
