Chris and team were excellent to work with on my home purchase 4 years ago and two refinances this past year. Each time, Chris was very prompt in answering emails and returning calls so we can discuss our options and being clear when timing and rates were not favorable for a refinance according to the situation. Loan process was exactly what was expected and estimated closing costs stayed constant. Smooth process from start to finish all 3 times.
