Tim is hand downs the best loan officer I have worked with. He answers his phone every time I called, he was patient with my millions of questions and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He made sure I was in the loop throughout the whole loan and escrow process. He was on top of everything and was able to close our loan in 25 days (we could have done sooner, but the seller delayed things). I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews, but this one is well deserved. The home buying and mortgage obtaining process can be so painful and the process of getting a mortgage with Guaranteed Rate was the smoothest transaction. They are an exceptional group of people with great customer service. Referred to Cathy in my initial search for my pre-qualified letter. She and her team brought something critical to my attention which allowed me to resolve and move forward with the process. I would highly recommend Homebridge financial services and Alexander Wilson. Alex provided caring and timely assistance throughout the process. He was clear and upfront on the details as well as reassuring us that all was well. In fact Alex was the catalyst for getting this done because of the issues with the hoa and their fha certification status. Homebridge probably caused a spate of new sales in our complex because of the Homebridge condo fha unit getting us certified, thank you Homebridge and Alex.
