Marc Calicchio was a knowledgeable person who made our refinancing a seamless endeavor. He was efficient and timely with all aspects of communication and completing our paperwork. During this COVID remote customer service, Marc gave us stellar customer service. I highly recommend Marc for any mortgage business you may need completed. I can’t say enough for the ease and expediency he handled our mortgage.
We had a couple of hiccups such as the home inspector not showing up when he was supposed to. It delayed our closing by a week. I definitely would not recommend closing on a house during the Christmas holidays.
