John Watson and his team have completed our second mortgage, this time a refi. The first time around was a short-sale that needed to be completed within 10 days. John is clear in his communications, responsive to questions and he and his team did another excellent job. I would recommend John and his team when purchasing or refinancing.

I will tell you what I have told the dozen or so people I have referred to Tim over the past 4 years (Tim did our original mortgage as well as a recent refi) - “Tim is an animal.” Not only will Tim and his team take all the time you need to explain everything to you (as many times as you need it to be explained), but they’ll also fight, claw and scrap to get you the best deal out there (I dare you to compare).
