My wife and I had another lender we were working with who made us feel like we were bothering him, and was not very responsive on more than one occasion. We decided to switch gears and go with Michael Wagner and Guaranteed Rate Affinity, and noticed an immediate difference! Instead of telling us you can’t do this or that, Michael made things simple and worked with us and gave us realistic expectations. He and his team were always quick to respond and ensured everything was completed to make settlement a breeze!
This is the second refinance we've done with Michael and both experiences have been wonderful.
