Heather was great. She worked with us she. She helped us out. I honestly can ask for anyone better. For example when there is a possibility that they wouldn't be able to help us she went above and beyond to find people that could help us. She also helped us fill in some gaps and answered any questions that we needed answered.

I was told he was good. Then as the process began I found he was better than good. As things progressed and the ease in which he made it for us I came to the conclusion that he is the best. No question did he leave unanswered, always available, extremely friendly, and his mannerism help to instilled confidence in the decision making process. He will always be the first name that I will recommend.

I was introduced to Matt by my realtor. He helped me from preapproval stage to closing of my home. Matt provided me with all details of the Mortgage and provided me with multiple options and explained me in detail on each of the options and gave me the opportunity to make my own decision. Was very pleasant to work with Tim & being a 1st time home buyer he certainly made the process easier. I had a lot of questions all of which he gladly answered. I also remember him taking his time to walk me over the process and what I was to expect. One other experience was someone else on my team didn't inform me of some important details and Tim guided me on how to avoid such pitfalls in the future and he also tried to get me a better rate to offset the additional cost I had incurred.
