Processor Kathy was very organized and kept us on track, Steve was included on all the communication so everyone was aware of what was needed when. Steve has a wonderful soothing presence at closing—a lot of work happened behind the scenes, but it all felt effortless to the customers and partners. So were do I start. We finally closed on our dream home, in Indiana of course. Moving a cross state lines was a no brainer. Even though I was introduced to Izabel in Illinois she was able to close my deal in Indiana. WHAT!!! That was priceless. Jack was extremely knowledgable and highly informative throughout the entire process. He was able to secure me the best rate and provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the process through closing. I couldn't recommend him high enough.

Samantha was so wonderful to work with. She was a voice of calm and reason in what otherwise was a very stressful time (which I'm sure is true for most first time buyers). She was responsive, helpful and upbeat. She really helped me understand the process and what to expect. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Sara was incredibly helpful and informative about the processes involved and letting us know what to expect and when. It was almost like I didn't have to think about it at all, I just went about my daily business and the whole process got "handled" by Sara.
