This is my third mortgage I have acquired with Michael Wagner. I have atypical income and he has still managed to secure the most competitive rates for me. I have twice been jilted by big banks I had existing loans with. Michael has saved the day for me 3 times, and the process has always been painless and quick.
Michael made himself always available, day, night, and weekends. He was willing to explain anything that was asked. Settlement occurred on the original date selected.
Al has always explained the loan process very well. He explained each process in terms that I can understand very clearly.
