Matt and the entire NFM team are extremely knowledgeable and will help step you through the whole process!! Not only did Matt stay in touch throughout the whole process but he made sure to explain in detail what he was doing and why it was being done. Often times buying a home can feel like the lender is speaking a foreign language but with Matt he always made sure we understood what he was doing. Jason and his team put together a mortgage (great rate and low fees!) in a matter of days when conventional banks would not touch us (great credit/retired/no income/living off savings) and we had all but given up. Mickey was excellent. Helped me with each step of the way. He was always one phone call away. This was the first time I was buying a house by myself, it was pretty intimidating. Mickey and his team made it a breeze. I have recommended Mickey to all my friends and family.
She was highly recommended by my realtors. I navigated the process with her guidance and support. Chantal clearly explained necessary documentation and assisted me with submission. As I am not tech savvy the thought of the process was daunting at first, but I soon felt comfortable and confident that success was in reach with her help. Matthew and his team walked us through our mortgage refinancing in a way that was easy and simple to understand.
