I like to really understand what the options are, to a technical level. We were first home owners so it was important we had someone would would "hold our hand" through the process. Cathy and her team were fantastic. They worked through all my questions and really gave us a very informed experience. When I reached out, they responded quickly and made us feel very confident and comfortable with this overly complex process.
