Sam is not kidding when he says constant communication; I felt like I was being taken care of throughout the entire process, both for my first mortgage and refinance. Despite the email/phone traffic he undoubtedly has, he responds very promptly to email inquiries. Ania was very professional. She goes over and beyond to make sure her clients get the best rates. I loved everything about her.She was very understanding always answered her phone was able to answer all of my questions.
I had worked with Mike to ReFinance my home. He was able to get me a great interest rate and I dropped my mortgage down to 15 years! He was on top of everything and the company as a whole was wonderful to work with. They told exactly what was needed and wrapped things up very quickly. Nearly everything was done online.
