Chris was great throughout the refi process for my home. I knew rates were low so I wanted to refinance and he was recommended to me. Chris got me an even lower rate than I expected. He was very responsive and communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would recommend and would use again in the future!

Tom is great to do business with and always puts his clients needs first. He is always very responsive and cares about his clients a lot. Started working with Tom in 2007, when I was purchasing my first home. Since 2017, I've used Tom multiple times for purchases and refinances. He always follows up with his clients to make sure that all the questions are answered and that the client gets the best rate available. The whole process is very quick. I recommended Tom to all my friends and they all had the same experience.

Tom and his team did a great job on my refi. Don't make the mistake of dealing with your bank. I had to fire Chase after they continually delayed my closing. Tom took over and got it done as quickly as expected. Communication is key to anything and his team kept me informed throughout the entire process. Plus I ended up getting a better rate!!!!

We found Travis after being drug through the process of refinancing with a larger bank that was unresponsive and difficult to work with. Travis communicated extremely well, was easy to work with, and came with a positive attitude and a ton of energy that made the process as easy as it should be. His team was also great to work with and all members were extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend working with Drew Frayer and Lower.com to refinance. Drew was outstanding in communicating and customer service throughout the process. Drew/Lower offered a great rate and fee for the refinance compared to many other lenders.
