Josh Epps and the Guaranteed Rate team made my refinance go smoothly. From the time I contacted Josh to check on refi rates to closing they were with me every step of the way to assist in any way needed. You can opt to do the entire process online, which is what I did, but they are there if you need any help at all. Regardless of who I contacted on the team, they responded quickly and made sure I had what I needed. I recommend them wholeheartedly for home mortgage or refinancing-you won’t be sorry.

Refinanced my home twice with Tom. He is perfectionist and will finish the process exactly as promised. Though I refinanced my mortgage with him few months back, he himself called and notified me that the rates dropped again and closed my loan again with the best available rate. No other lender would offer that or even have conversation to lower the rate. His team responds to emails very fast and even at this peak period, they closed my loan on the date promised.
We have used Tom for all our mortgages and refinancing needs. Efficient, timely and best rates. He also has great staff who can help walk you through the whole process. He has help our friends and family. One of our realtors in Tucson still refers Tom to his clients.

Joe is the only mortgage officer you need to talk to. Joe used his expert knowledge of the market to find me the lowest possible rate and also pushed his team to close faster than was originally planned. I would recommend Joe to anyone and will be sure to use him again.
