Just like the title says, Brian was great to work with. We were able to close early and his staff worked directly with my real estate agent and I. Made the process as simple and straightforward as could be. Also got a great rate through him.
This is my second mortgage with Dan and his team at Guaranteed Rate. First was a 30 year fixed mortgage the second a refinance of that first mortgage. Dan is the most responsive and professional mortgage lender I have ever used in 40 years of a utility career and 16 homes in total.
