When applying to mortgage it is very important to know you will receive the response in a timely manner and all the documents are properly checked and uploaded. We received great support and advice from Cathy and her team who helped to close on the loan within the desired time frame.
Erica’s entire team was awesome. They communicated. They keep us updated thru the entire process. It was seamless. I would recommend her entire team.

I did refinancing two times in this year with Tom and throughout my mortgage process on both the time, he was very transparent and able to accommodate all my needs without even a single word of hesitation. Brian got us the best rate and was always available. He made the process easy. The title company also told us he was great to work with on the contracting side. We were able to close almost a week early because he kept everything well organized.
Andrew and his team did a great job with my refinance. There were a couple of snags along the way but they were able to quickly resolve them and get the loan to close. I would use Andrew again and recommend him to others.
