Christian Diaz was an exception Loan officer. He kept me informed about the mortgage loan market, and about what thoughts he was having that lead to his decision making. He made a decision to lock in my rate at 6.125 prior to the Fed announcement in Sept. After the announcement the rates actually increased. Christian also answered my calls and texts at all times (weekends, nights). Truely exceptional customer service.
