I have 2 family members that are Loan Officers working for 2 different companies and neither could compete with Tom's rates. Not only did Tom get me an unbelievably low rate but my loan was CTC in less than 2 weeks with almost no effort. The buyer of my property started their loan with another lender more than a week before me and it took them another week after I got my CTC before they got theirs.
