Danny and everyone at Guaranteed Rate are superior to the rest. This is the 2nd home that I've gotten a chance to work with Danny et al and each experience was phenomenal. They are profession, experts in their field, I felt that all my questions were answered, they respond quickly via email and phone, and even by text when needed. I felt confident each time during the loan process and the closing of my home considering how stressful buying a home can be. Highly recommended.

Jeff took the time to explain every part of the home buying process which can be daunting as a first time home buyer. He was always available whenever I needed a question answered. His knowledge of the whole process is impressive, made it easy for me to understand which made me feel more comfortable. We recently used Danny's team at Guaranteed Rate to help us finance the purchase a 2nd home near Tucson. The transaction was made more complex by the fact that we were closing remotely from Illinois and purchasing in Arizona which does not use attorneys. This is our second time working with Michael (Most) over the past five years. He was patient with our specific requests and just got everything done in record time. Michael will always get back to you right away, even on weekends (which I asked him *not* to do for the sake of protecting his personal time).
