Shannon was great to work with. Always pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable as to what was needed to be submitted. Responded to our questions in a timely manner. The only hang up was in the underwriting department. There was a backlog of applications and had to wait to get the loan approved. This was not Shannon’s fault. I
Tanya did our original mortgage on our first home, and then again for our refinance. Both times, she was accessible and friendly every step of the way.
