We worked with Kamna recently and found the entire application process effortless! The GRA website and interface is great and makes applying and signing documentation very easy. What made the process better, though, was Kamna's attentiveness and availability--whenever we needed her she either picked up that same call or called back shortly thereafter. For a first-time buyer, we were so grateful for her experience. We will certainly work with her and the rest of her team again.

We purchased our house during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our lender, Mr. Bob Green from Flagstar in Portage MI was one of the biggest reasons we got the home. Not only was he willing to go over anything and everything together over the phone, even if it was after normal operating hours. He was more willing to work with my busy schedule than anyone else.
