I worked with John Gorrell and he was great! Kept everything on track, explained everything very well, and got my auto refinance completed very quickly! He's awesome! The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars was because the company as a whole can be very pushy, as they want you purchase GAP and other warranty coverage and really make the loan officers push it, so for that, I lowered my rating. And they wouldn't stop sending me these surveys to take! But I'm happy with my experience overall.
