Kash was great and walked me through every step of the process, which I drug out big time because I was in the process of buying a house. He never once got sassy or irritated that I wouldn’t answer or took a day or two to respond to a text. He kept reaching out, as a good salesperson does, and trusted me at my word that I would get things done on my end as time allowed. He is a fantastic rep. I followed a prompt on my credit karma app to lower my vehicle loan payment and %. I spent over an hour going through a long list of offers and chose one that was exactly what I was looking for w a goal of lowering my monthly pymt by 100/month. I felt this was a classic bait and switch as AFTER they did a hard credit check I was approved for ~half of the loan I thought I was applying for. Uncool. Mark was my loan officer and he was great.
