This was a different re-finance experience, all done from the comfort of my own office/home! It was seamless, the guy I worked with, Matthew was an excellent communicator and let me know what was going on every step of the was, was friendly and courteous! He was also concerned with not just getting my business but also my credit score and gave advice on how to balance my ratio! I would recommend this is your looking to re-finance
It took way too long but eventually everything got worked out. The original person I started the process with was very attentive and friendly but somehow she “retired” in my process and the ball got dropped. I had to really harass them to get a hold of someone that wanted to be accountable and get the job done. It looks s complete now and I’m saving money so that’s what matters to me.
They could go a little more in depth with the details of the loan to make it so you don't have to spend a long time reading. But all in all they were fast and super friendly. Patrick worked withe and he was great. Understanding of my extremly busy schedule.
I started the application and Taniessa helped me through it quick. I have kind of odd hours for when i can accept phone calls due to working evenings and they were able to work around that.
