Approved right away I just emailed them to see if I could lower my car payment and within a couple of days I was approved and my current loan paid off. Now I will pay $40 less a month. On a fixed income that is huge. Thanks

Pleasant My experience was mostly pleasant. My representative talked me through the steps and kept me up-to-date on how the process was going and what I needed to do. I'd give 5 stars but having to go get some papers notarized and send them out was a slight inconvenience.
